Fair market value seems to be just about .1779, where it stands today. Future events will determine a new, higher or lower, fair market value. I'm betting it will be higher, I'm in at .18, so not stressing.

All of these microcaps exist in a haze of hyperbole, unmet timelines, and surprise disappointments, it comes with the territory. I like some things about this stock, dislike other things, not looking to get rich on it, I'm just not seeing any current reason for all of the hard core bashing.

I get that management has disappointed, if they've lied to investors, though, that can be remedied via the SEC, which is very interested in that sort of thing. Like I've said, I'm ignoring the history and just going to hang around for a bit.
