that is what is so interesting about recognizing realistic times .. and love'em or hate'em ..
the efforts in play by ECO .. which some could argue weren't given enough time .. and others
would argue were given too much time .. i just look at the sector news and note the time lines
in play for those non public competitors .. to P2O .. and what is announced and underway

regardless .. which ever way it is sliced .. zero doubts that P2O files the update .. just me perhaps
but i'd also like to see Updates out of mgmt every 4 to 6 weeks going forward
