Eric is a the most compromised penny stock CEO around; his failure is on grand display. Anyone who gets close see's what the rest of us see, when looked at objectively, WNBD has zero value, and zero value to offer another company.

No sales, continually losing money, reverse splits, lies, all hallmarks of a penny stock era of yesteryear. Eric has always been two steps behind the industry, and now he is about out of options.

I was hoping for another infamous "conference call" where he would answer scripted questions :)
