James Schramm has NOT filed an XLIT financial statement for more than a year! OTC Markets shows a big red STOP SIGN and deems XLIT "Pink-No Information" and "SEC Reporting-Delinquent". This level of delinquency will likely get the SEC's attention. If the company were to ignore any SEC warning letters, it could "wake up one morning", only to find the company's stock de-listed, i.e. the stock cannot be traded! If Schramm is delinquent with the financial reports, is it possible he is also "delinquent" in reporting any personal stock transactions via an SEC Form 4? It is necessary to pay a service to actually transmit this information electronically. If no one is paying, i.e. XLIT, nothing gets transmitted!
As an aside, IMO it is highly probable that James Schramm and XLIT do NOT even have enough money to pay the accountants to actually produce the delinquent 10-Q's and 10-K. BEWARE OF HOLDING XLIT SHARES!
