As I have been saying for sometime, stock is left to die by its own management.
Check out the daily volumes , everybody knows Reverse Split coming.
It is not wise to touch this before it happens, even after R/S you should wait for all the toxic convertible debt to be dumped by Note holders , because they have been waiting for sometime and cant do it because Authorized Shares are topped
So again, it is very unwise to touch this stock at the moment , Heavy debt and upcoming R/S will keep this one under pressure for a long time
