You need to understand the background of Billy Carter, the true owner of 900M+ shares. He is PRO in patent business and these lawsuits just didn't come out of thin air. He seemed to have spent millions of dollars to get to this point where he no longer need any hype or pump as he may be hopeful to win these patent battles.
