The only place this world changing creation, ( which doesn't work, the CARB certification was just "pencil whipping) was ever meant to be sold was "on Paper". Money can be made from something that does not work, if enough of them were sold "on paper". Elmer couldn't even sell enough fake ones. The moment of scam has past by.
