The grey market is also for Foreign companies - which are quoted. Please provide one company from the OTCM list that has changed tiers from Grey to OTCM Pink that has been suspended by the SEC.

If a company is suspended and not quoted for 4 days they are send to the Pinky GraveYard - the Greys without being quoted. It is huge difference.

Using your Link - put in Grey Market for Old Tier and try to find any companies that have been suspended by the SEC and are moving to OTC Pink. There isn't any.

In the last few days we saw many posts mentioning that there are no stocks which moves up from Grey Market to OTC Current Market. Well, below is the link to prove all of them WRONG. 100% WRONG.

Go to below OTC Website link and in drop down for "Old Tier" Select "Grey Market' and click on Search button. RESULT shows there are more then 40 companies which were moved up from Grey Market to OTC CURRENT in the last one month alone.

So, all the talks that upgrade to OTC Current from Grey Market is not possible is non-sense as below OTC Website shows the clear data. Should we believe in below OTC Website or should we believe in some posts here which says it is not possible and sell your shares for cheap ?
