Ford F Stock

Mark Fields did not correct the Ford offer of F stock for debt as offered by Mulally. Ford did not follow through on that offer and so some debt at Ford was not actually paid off. Fields did not find out about that or correct it in time.

The F stock offered did not get sent to investors and did not pay dividends. Did not pay dividends. Big crime at Ford.

Now Hackett will repolace Fields and will he pay off the promise F stock to Ford Debt Holders or fall away like Fields. Hackett will report to Bill Ford and most likely Bill Ford is the one that overrode Mullay and his debt payment in F Stock. The trouble is that some F stock holders would have had a lot of F stock and so some control at Ford.

If Bill Ford get caught in this matter Ford could pay a lot of added F stock.
A lot of F stock.
