The large majority of OTC companies convert and sell shares as part of the process. On the rare occasion where you have a group of people committed to building a business and the shares and share count are secondary to their objective, those are the ones you want to be involved in long term. On the even rarer occasion where the company is doing so in an industry that has a tremendous upside (Cannabis, AI, Tech), it's a no brainer. These guys aren't about diluting a bunch of shares. Their exit strategy is years from now, but the fact that they have one is just sound business acumen.

Have had multiple conversations with this group and share count, share conversions, etc are secondary to building out as many of these units and getting them busy creating revenue as soon as possible. There's already a backlog that they are addressing as we speak.

This is a NASDAQ level operation operating as an OTC entity, at least once all the closing documents have been signed.

Expect a 10Q soon that will address a lot of the questions that people still have. GLTA UF
