I'm with you. Emil seems extremely confident we will prevail and catpitalize for his shareholders. I know what you're saying. They spent all this time and money, so-called developing these patents, and then (assuming we lose), it's all for nothing as there might be prior art or obvious. You got me. The percentage of prevailing is slim.

My perdition is we get two Apple denials, and 1-2 of AT&T IPR Petitions get instituted.......two weeks later we win the Apple trial. Best case, IMHO. Then Apple appeals for the next 7-12 months along side the AT&T IPR trial. Th saga continues. It will become a tradable stock.

Or we all five IPR Petitions get denied and we win the IPR trial. It could happen, but I wouldn't bet on it. Odds are too high against that occurring, IMHO
