The U.K. note is in class 10A item c:

We have a situation where preferred securities (issued by LBHI affiliates) linked to this class 10A subordinate note is being placed in the Plan Trust for nontransferable equity interest. So the same treatment program is a good possibilty for our preferred securities linked to class 10B subordinate notes.

Note:(the “Preferred Securities”) issued by Lehman Brothers UK Capital Funding IV L.P. (“LB UK IV”) or Lehman
Brothers UK Capital Funding V L.P. (“LB UK V” and, together with LB UK IV, the “Trusts”),
non-Debtor entities.

(xiii) LBHI Class 10A- Subordinated Class 10A Claimsagainst LBHISubordinated Class 10A Claims in LBHI Class 10A include any Claim againstLBHI arising under any of (a) the Floating Rate Junior Subordinated Deferrable InterestDebentures due 2035 issued pursuant to the Eighth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of August19, 2005, between LBHI and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee; (b) the Fixed/Floating RateSubordinated Notes due 2016 Series 5065, issued pursuant to a final term sheet dated as of September 26, 2006 under the Euro Medium-Term Note Program; (c) the Floating RateSubordinated Notes due 2037 Series EB17, issued pursuant to a final term sheet dated as of January 23, 2007 under the Euro Medium-Term Note Program; (d) the Fixed/Floating RateSubordinated Notes due 2019 Series 6222, issued pursuant to the final term sheet dated as of February 14, 2007 under the Euro Medium-Term Note Program; or (e) the Floating RateSubordinated Notes due 2037 Series EB 18, issued pursuant to a final term sheet, dated as of May 30, 2007, under the Euro Medium-Term Note Program (collectively, the “Class 10ASubordinated Notes”).Holders of Allowed Claims in LBHI Class 10A are not expected to receive anyDistributions on account of such Claims. Any Distributions that would have been paid to suchClaims are automatically reallocated to holders of Allowed Senior Unsecured Claims againstLBHI and Allowed Senior Affiliate Claims against LBHI pursuant to provisions of thedocuments underlying the Class 10A Subordinated Notes. Claims in LBHI Class 10A areimpaired by the Plan. Because holders of these Claims are not expected to receive anyDistributions on account of such Claims, they are deemed to reject the Plan.
