Incorrect. FINRA's numbers show nothing of the sort.
"Do The Math" of the Risk-Reward or shorting in trips, including huge margin requirements of $2.50 per share.

I hear Nigerian institutional naked shorting off-shore hedge funds only require $2.49 per share.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
