Sorry.

I just read part of Rule 12g. Rule 12g-4 allows immediate termination of filing requirements.

Other parts of Rule 12g talks about filing obligations ( I read about insurance companies as an example).

So I'm back to thinking when POW! filed the amended Form 15 checking the box for Rule 12g-4, they were trying to avoid Rule 13e-3 obligations.
