Why should Pow pay back the Disney advances? Disney rejected many of Stan's ideas within the timeline of the contract.

As of September 30, 2016, cumulative advances received from Silver Creek were $4,196,667 and such amount remains unchanged. This amount was recoupable by Silver Creek solely from projects which were in development during the term of the agreement. At September 30, 2016, the Company had no projects “in development” under the agreement with Silver Creek, so no recoupment payments were owed.

It seems like there is nothing to get back on the first look deal? You can see on the list Disney rejected Annihilator and that has gone on without their support.

However I am concerned with other liabilities Pown determines are for shareholders to burden.

It would be great if another offer comes in but I doubt it at this point. The entire industry probably was aware of the for sale sigh on POW. It appears the Camsing deal is the best and last offer. Sure hope I am wrong.
