Where do I start with your post. The timing of this announcement was completely and utterly stupid. The lack of clarifying statement to accompany the 8-k filing completely and utterly stupid. Management and the board of directors are stupid. I have agreed with you on all this but you are so bloody thick headed that even if Traber is a train wreck which he is the science underpinning this is worth a lot. this stock is worth $500 mil plus right now and would be worth a lot more if management wasnt so incompetent but they are and those are the cards we were dealt.

Anyone selling the stock on Monday is going to be so pissed if they dont get back in because this S-3 is simply a standard filing they have to do if they want to get money some time in the FUTURE. did they need to do it now - NO - They should have waited until after the shareholder meeting - YES Why didnt they wait - Stupidity -arrogance that they are smarter than investors.

Lets address points - are they selling $100 mil dollars worth of stock next week? NO - did anyone bother to add up all the shares and warrant and compare to the authorized? Are they selling $30 mil dollars worth of stock - NO. Are they selling $100 worth of stock - NO Again. They simply cannot! that can change is if the shareholders vote down an increase to the authorized and that is a real risk. so traber better smarten up quick.

Who are the only people that can raised the authorized share count? That's right shareholders. so when is the shareholder meeting again? I dont know - might want to ask them about that.

Is Uihlein and 13 other shareholders selling? HECK NO. this simply registers their shares Has any done the math on just Uihlein? 574,970 Happens to be the same amount of shares that is already registered from the $6.00 round. 1.954 mil represents the deal he did in Dec. So when people see - oh crap Uilein isnt selling this was all fiction put out from the shorts it will rally bacK. the only issue is the damage is going to be done and real class action suits are going to be filing.

Bottom Line - NO ONE is selling anything to anyone. Its just a formality because their ATM ran out so they had to refile. They also took the opportunity to register Uiheils shares. that is it!
