So what should the characterization be - asset transfer or asset theft as the share price is kept down thus forcing the sale of certain assets to well disguised insiders ????? Can we say Blair and Eland or Chrome and SEO or a combination thereof ???

An initial bankruptcy too messy and result in the random dispersal of assets ! Forced sale much cleaner !
