Uncle: I don't see a time table on the 'exit strategy'. Those preferred F's can more than triple the O/S overnight. Whenever needed or wanted. No?

What is the real connection between OMVS and RAD?

I don't see the connection between wanting to previously start an 'Uber' of trucking and a security robot for rent/sale/lease.

Is the 'Uber' of trucking plan now out the window? OMVS becoming a holding company? Or, OMVS becoming RAD?

Again, it's an acquisition, not a REVERSE merger or REVERSE takeover. That would require OMVS being a shell, which it is not.

I don't see the short term boost in share valuation. In fact, I see quite the opposite.

Long-term (years?), who knows. But for now, I just don't see no dilution which is what most folks are thinking here, from what I gather.

Sounds to me like RAD needs cash to expand and that's easily done through the sale of public shares, i.e., dilution.

After all, the only reason for a company to go public is to raise cash. OMVS shares will be RAD's cash.

No?
