Yeah....that's usually the deal here,Eddie hasn't paid the FEES on OTC Markets and can't update. So...he BLAMES them by claiming they keep demanding more and more paperwork--total LIE. As you have mentioned and I have mentioned on these FRAUD tickers for years,IF Eddie truly wanted to keep the share structure CURRENT he could log in to OTC Markets and do it in a MINUTE--and that includes the FLOAT.

NOPE,a ss that's outdated by YEARS many times is always the part of the SCAM. Look at this FRAUD,the AS/OS are almost TWO YEARS old,the float hasn't been updated in FOUR YEARS. Yeah Eddie,January 2013 was a LONG time ago.

But **YAWN** as usual...it's ALL the fault of OTC Markets if you listen to VakSHAM.
