Apple/ Samsung litigation

This is my opinion on how it will play out

Apple/Samsung Legal Team:

Well you see Judge, ANDR has settled their patent litigation with HP, Dell, Lenova,Toshiba, etc, and have not received a plug nickel in any on going payments or royalties, which proves the inherent worth of the patents.... and therefore we request your honor dismiss the case.

Judge: Well you do have a point there, if the patents were worth anything, they would be receiving substantial on going royalties.
