HCTI from its's inception was designed to funnel monies to NTI management and related parties. The shell was designed to maximize a public companies contribution to a private entity.

There was a potentially viable product, and investors were found. In 2009 the pps was $3200 and it peaked at just over that in 2010, before its downhill slide to todays .0001

There were multiple entities created, and probably purposely named so as to be confusing to investors. One of the first things that was done with investors monies was to reward the principals with millions of dollars.

Over $34M was wasted in following years, much of it went into pockets of NTI management, principals and related parties. HCTI greatly overpaid for licensing to NTI, with which it shares management.

NTI management has done a great job of moving monies from HCTI. They've even arranged it so they dont ever need to get a vote from the average common shareholder.

This is a shellgame, created with one purpose, which is not in the interest of HCTI shareholders. It makes most other companies look like blue chips in comparison.

Looking at the history of Kristul and the company, nothing that happens should come as a surprise.

No need for conspiracies, just look at the history of whats happened so far, ... and who has benefited.

"There is no basis for this. It can be said about any stock that has spent a lot of money, and is beginning large scale commercialization. We need facts please. Conspiracy stories just don't seem to cut it in the real world. Nice try though. It's good timing with the beginning of commercialization and all... Try harder? "
