Because the share structure sucks. Why would any new company want to come into this huge mess. If the new CEO has any brains at all he will R/S and get rid of all those shares.

If they need capital and dont R/S then the A/S will get even bigger. Who wants to buy shares of a .0001 stock with a 10 billion A/S?
