For those Teco"ites" in foreign land, well, all I can say is law enforcement in different countries have different methods for treating criminals.



Can these be explained in greater detail please ?????

Are the allged crimes committed on US soil or the foreign country?

What kind of crimes would be committed in the US that foreign law enforcement would handle differently? Don't criminals have to be extradited back to the US ?????

And how would anyone have knowledge what other countries do? Are htey vesred in criminal law ????
