RDAR.....AS was raised, price pulled down after price pop (to get retail attention). Watched phantom trades last two weeks during pull down (40M hits on the bid but with no affect). Looks like VCs have loaded....guessing 200M. Retail awaiting news of financials/current status. Guessing debts paid and operating cash in hand (by VC deal). Set up is in! Expecting nice runner.
