Management is so important on these microcaps and if these guys are as good as advertised they will figure it out. I applaud they put money in the company but why did they have to take 20 to 1 voting on those shares? Basically what they say goes independent of what shareholders vote. Plus $700k each for the last 2 years? For a tiny investment in the company they each have made $1.4 million in salary. Not a bad gig if you can get it. For that money they have had 5 quarters of zero growth and have a $13 million dollar debt in default. I wonder if they will each get their bonus this year?
