Was thinking the same thing. I do believe those shares are being utilized to advance the S4W battery launch or maybe a merger. I was also wondering if this is why he went silent and did not file SEC docs. As I believe you mentioned in prior posts, he may be bound to an NDA with VOXX/S4W and not able to release certain information. Now an apparent delay on the S4W launch and a company transition to "?"...I am not sure. Call me a fool, but still believe this is going to be positive for shareholders. Last time I checked, Chris himself was holding a very large position in his own company.
