Every year the board is told last year was the past. While "technically correct," that statement is totally meaningless, misleading and utterly disgusting. WaWa Walthers had years before Adelstein was involved to issue reports to shareholders and didn't; so what was the problem then?

The only provable things shareholders know is that while MW was boasting of great sales and huge revenues every month for years, the court records prove they were doing less than 50 cents a day in business!!

So, until proved different, its a new year with the same results of Z-E-R-O.
