Very true they mention over and over the risks involved but they don't mention in those disclosers that management may lie or not disclose negative material events to share holders.

That being said, I'm almost positive Summers is running for the door. They screwed him out of shares and were paying him only $3,500 a year according to the last financial report. So he wasn't a burden to payroll.

I'm going to take a hit if it tanks but there are strategies to playing these pink sheets while the pps falls besides shorting.

I've said it before, right now the company is just another ticker at current pps waiting for their break, but if it falls below a penny, they could become one of the hottest stocks on the pink sheets.
