The MAXD/VSL contract I saw a while ago basically said "Let us sue people for patent infringement on your behalf"

And then Nash is shocked and dismayed to discovered that MAXD is indeed... suing for patent infringement?

She claims she paid her lawyers $32,000,000. Since she's apparently incapable of reading plain english contracts on her own, she should have spent the extra $300 to have one of them read that one and explain it to her.
