I can see that as a positive or negative.

There could be numerous reasons for the negotiations to fall thru. Could be disagreement on pricing among many things

The positive is that there are distribution agreements ongoing. I doubt there is only one.

If they sign one this could move pretty quickly. Product sales are getting close.

I noted they had inventory of $107,000. I can only assume most of that is CR-10 or the disinfectant.
