Not the words of a company that is going out of business. Personally, I am choosing to trust Dr. D'Couto at his word. S4W has not removed "Neah Power" as a partner nor have they altered the Drone Sell Sheet. Neah is currently producing new company videos via Paul Sidlo under the name "Neah Power" and "Nxterra"...obviously name shopping. The domains NxEnergi.us/.com and NxTerra.com are taken, NxEnergi is registered under Neah Power. Past Neah Power employees are returning as noticed via linkedin. Fuel cell technology has not fully been embraced yet, transitioning to battery technology was brilliant. Polaris labs, the recent trial videos, and S4W, confirm the existence of a "Neah Power" battery, created via funding from Neah Power shareholders. Sorry, do not see this going private, nor bankrupt...a merger, yes. There has been successful integration of Neah Power's battery into S4W product, I just do not see that now vaporizing being so close to their camera launch, the drones are now operational

May be more of a problem for those that shorted this stock to nothing. We will see.

Unlike many penny stock scammers, I believe Chris D'Couto actually has a conscience.
