I called Farooquee when the so called financial details came out and asked him why there was no mention of the Canadian company either in first PR or after the PR re: finances of the transaction. He had no answer. I told him I have never heard of a company listing the deals of an acquisition without listing the target and he said nothing. Only choice is to keep up the pressure and call him.
