Generally speaking, you folks realize well over 90% of these cases are settled in mediation rather than going to trial. It's in both parties best interest to settle and that's what mediation is for. You think these major Companies want this to drag on further? They will squash the issue and settle rather than risk their reputation. Trust me both parties lawyers as well as the arbitrator try everything in their power to settle these cases rather than dragging it out through a very time consuming trial. Remember lawyers get paid much quicker this way.
