no. sdrg was not suspended for delinquency. there are only 2 reasons the sec can suspend a stock. suspected fraud or delinquency. they are two different things. we can talk about stocks that are suspended for suspected fraud, but that is irrelevant here. what is relevant is that stocks suspended for delinquency get their registrations revoked 100% of the time. sometimes the revocation is immediate or it can trade on the grey market for a few weeks. but revocation is always the ultimate fate.
