Yes, only buying-at-the-ask could get a big block of dirt cheap shares like someone did: 66,000 shares Slapped at 0.56 a couple of days ago! NSPR worth at least $2.0 a share based on its valuation... Those dirt cheap 0.5x ~ 0.6x sellers will soon kick themselves when this hidden gem exploded to $0.82 (just two weeks ago) or higher again...
