If the CEO and new CFO can get the financials looking much better we may not have to execute that R/S that the BOD and shareholders approved at the recent shareholder meeting.

Here's to hoping that is the case. We have a really low O/S due to the R/S last July so I don't know how much lower they would want to take the A/S and O/S or if they would just completely restructure and put the whackadoo R/S on us.
