That is unfortunate. It sounds like we are going to hit a grimtrigger strategy. If shareholders find out, they will want to sell. As shareholders sell, the convertibles will dump and everything is going to lead to a mass price decrease. I'm considering re-positioning until this gets resolved because it sounds really bad. Especially since they made it sound like an R/S is almost guaranteed.
