Good question. Wish I had a good answer.

There are no benchmarks because I think we really are "1 of 1".

I don't think we're packaging a "beverage company" for acquisition per se but moreso a business model, a "commercialization engine", etc.

We know they're planning on asking 8x to 12x sales but that will be highly dependent on their "portfolio". We got to have at least one star in that portfolio. APP, PediaAde, something has to be on that rocket trajectory. Definitive proof that our "replicating, micro-company cell structure company" model can work. That it can be driven to success like star beverage entrepreneurs Mike Rapole, Rohan Oza, Lance Collins, and the like, do with their start-ups.

Still a long ways between there and here though.

In the meantime, I'll be watching the top line. Revenue growth is the metric. When will we know it's getting ahead of itself, if it does? 3x the current run-rate? Maybe? I'm guessing. Haven't sold a single share yet. Pretty sure my exit will be in 2019.
