i personally talked to cubley in the past and said majority of the shares were family and he just wanted their money back and a small percentage....i do not trust this man and he has proven to be very dishonest in the past...i want to keep a open mind and see this turn for the better ....but the destruction he caused before makes me believe this is just another scam......if someone has something solid post it....
