Apparently the Lowe's exoskeleton uses carbonfiber rods that act like springs.

I think they will run into more problems than they expect using a completely unpowered device, but it's interesting at the very least. (for example protecting the knees and ankles)

It looks painful on his knees already if you ask me. Obviously the strain is reduced on his back and that's the most important, but there's nothing removing any of the weight from his legs below the knee.

My personal opinion is that the more the merrier in the exoskeleton field. I always want to see new products like this, even if it means competition.

My inkling is that Ekso Bionics will gobble this tech up like they did with the equipois tech in the long run.
