PAYV was delisted from OTCBB for not filing timely with SEC. Price is languishing in 25-50 cent range (from a recent high of 1.50 and a high last year around 8).

A very serious effort is underway to get the OTCBB listing reinstated, and I believe they will ultimately succeed. And with that success should come a major rise in stock price.

Buying now can be frustrating, as spread is huge. Roughly 25 cents bid, 40 cents asked.
