A lot of people need to be prosecuted for the things they do that impact society negatively. It's a matter of priority, unfortunately. And on the SEC's scales of justice, they've made it clear they don't put a high priority on prosecuting scams on the OTC, a system they put in place, I might add. The cost to do so would also impact society negatively.

The answer is to make it nearly impossible for the scams to exist by fixing the loopholes. And to do it would be soooooo simple!

Until then though, all we can do is warn people of the risks. But most everyone knows them already so if people want to be harmed, they will be.
