I know this is a ways off and nowhere near a certainty, but IF they RS, what's the RS ratio going to be? 2:1 may not be able to hold $1 after the split at the rate HTBX is dropping. OS is relatively small currently.
NASDAQ shows a nice increase in institutional ownership last quarter. That's a good sign given the PPS. Makes one think they may know something that most of us don't.
