No matter how the shorters and sick MMs manipulate this NYSE hidden gem down I'll always buy as many dirt cheap shares as I could. I'd hold all my shares for $1.13 (BV) ~ $1.26 (CV) at least! I predict NSPR will hit $4.39 ~ $1.68 again in the coming weeks/months...
