You're not missing anything (as far as I can see.) I see this as incredibly undervalued as it'll be trading far below cash value with the sale of PCT. Listening to their CC today, they said they're fully funded through 2018 and they have grants to pay for their ongoing Phase II trial. Solid balance sheet and business plan going forward.

I think we see a strong price movement headed towards cash value beginning tomorrow morning and continuing in the coming weeks.
