you probably chose to receive everything by paper vs electronic so you got the paper proxy

my concern is the people that don't vote which then defaults to mgmt vote instead ie unlike a real election where only voting votes count


and then there are the ones that do not read the proxy ballot and do not realize what they are voting for and how it affects them as Box Mgmt will not make it clear what it really means to the shareholders to allow mgmt to change the authority to make changes like RS etc.

Mgmt depends on the default votes and lack of voting knowledge to win

it cannot win if the outstanding shares all vote and know what they are voting for

but a lot of the outstanding shares may have given up on the stock and don't even bother to spend the time to vote ie tired from a days work etc.

this is the only proxy ballot that Ive ever voted on to show you what empathy does for mgmt ie not voting means yes to mgmt ballot resolutions

GET OUT THE VOTES - if there was an email address of all these people - I would be asking all of them to vote by notifying them like a real election
