It does beg the question.... if true, why would FINRA rule in favor of COR against Nobilis at this time? Does FINRA not need a final ruling from Strom to clarify what actually happened? And what exactly would Nobilis have needed to have done to cause FINRA to rule against them - somehow acquire and/or sell their shares illegally that caused financial harm to the firm that cleared those shares? Nobilis had no say in the dividend issue......
