The farming business was sold to someone outside of the company. I was the MJ business that has all the inter-related parties. McKowen pays Harding rent for greenhouses. Can't recall offhand if they get a % of sales as well. Since McKowen was former TURV CEO he been selling a bunch of TURV shares in order to pay rent and his business expenses.
