-This has gone through a 1-for-50 reverse split in 2016
-DIGAF issued 500,000 shares after in Dec 2016 @ $0.50 cents each
-Current O/S is 43 million
-From the financials, it appears A/S is unlimited. I've emaield the Transfer agent about their 100,000,000 figure
