This PPS decline is arguably a Russell pre-reconstitution effect. Why would any long sell at these levels? This is approaching the private placement financing pricing.

That said I am buying. Fundamentally this company is in much better shape than when I first purchased shares through the PP. We have cash through at least the end of this year and in phase II with good results (in our limited testing to date). Why sell now if you are long? I suspect the bloodletting will end soon as the index institutions get out of their shares.
